The MBTW Group are the landscape architects responsible for the provision of landscape architectural consulting services required in order to obtain a zoning by-law amendment for the above mentioned project.
This work included the following:
• Preparation of a preliminary Landscape Concept Plan
• Preparation of a rendered Landscape Plan(s) suitable for submission to the City for pre-consultation purposes and presentation at public meetings.
• Preparation of rendered and analytical landscape drawings to enhance the landscape plan, including, but not limited to elevations, sections, enlargements, 3D computer graphics (shown)
• Attendance at City meetings and Public Meetings
We are now commencing with the tasks as required in order to obtain Site Plan Approval for this development.
