Bayview Meadows is an approximately 210 acre development site located within the Aurora 2B area and bordered by an immense National Heritage greenway system. The project also included an additional 20 acre zoned office commercial.

The MBTW Group were retained to provide urban design and landscape design services for the entry feature, Wellington Street streetscape and buffer areas, a stormwater management pond, valley land restoration, a round-a-bout and road centre median, fencing and street trees. This community remains today as one of Aurora's most sought after neighbourhoods to live in.
