Projects

In collaboration with Baird Sampson Architects, this award winning public park and conservatory were conceived as an urban glade – an intimate meadow surrounded by a shady wood, offering a condition of retreat. The combined experience is scenic, dynamic, and playful. The unique design challenges included the harsh urban constraints, the desire to introduce a mature landscape onto a slab construction condition, and the meticulous plant selection and maintenance process required for exterior and interior plants.
