Projects

The Harbourfront Centre is a landmark waterfront destination with a vibrant downtown feel that facilitates public access to the water’s edge. The MBTW Group was retained as prime consultant by Harbourfront Corporation in 2004-2005 to continue with Stage II of a multi-phased waterfront revitalization project. Project elements included: the revitalization of higher used public plaza spaces, pier reconstruction and the redevelopment of commercial and retail patio spaces. Distinctive materials and sight lighting combine to create a memorable public realm along the waterfront.

The project mandate included the preparation of working drawings, cost estimates, tender drawings, sub-consultant drawing coordination, project management, and contract/ construction administration. The project was completed on schedule and within project budget constraints.
