Gustavo has over 14 years of experience with coordinating municipal approvals for landscape submissions working collaboratively with a variety of clients and consultants with a focus on integrating design excellence with green standards and objectives. At The MBTW Group, he is involved with the design of a broad range of complex urban projects including plazas, streetscapes, amenity terraces, and green roofs for high-density residential and mixed-use developments. Recently completed projects include Pier 27 and Harbour Promenade, U Condominiums, Bluwater Condominium, Scenic on Eglinton, Love Condo, and Fly Condo. Currently, Gustavo is developing design and technical drawings for ongoing landscape projects including Pier 27 North Tower, Eau du Soleil, Tempo Condominium, Totem Condominium and the Jack Condominium. These projects include a range of facilities including a roof top children’s play area at Tempo Condominium and a roof garden at Eau du Soleil.
