About the Project
Bayview Meadows is a development spanning approximately 210 acres within the Aurora 2B area, bordered by an expansive National Heritage greenway system. The project also includes an additional 20-acre zone designated for office commercial use.
The MBTW Group was retained to provide urban design and landscape design services for various aspects of the development, including the entry feature, Wellington Street streetscape and buffer zones, a stormwater management pond, valley land restoration, a roundabout and road center median, as well as fencing and street trees. Today, this community stands as one of Aurora's most desirable neighborhoods to live in.
