About the Project
Gemterra Developments Corporation’s Love Condominium was designed to be a fabulously fun living experience in the heart of Scarborough. Located near Toronto’s quickly growing Sheppard Avenue corridor, Love Condominiums is surrounded by a family-oriented neighbourhood with convenient access to many attractions and necessities.
As the Landscape Architects for the project, The MBTW Group designed the at-grade landscaping as well as the expansive green roof terrace. The green terrace includes a luscious garden with a winding path, providing a tranquil space for residents to relax and retreat from the bustle of the city. Love Condominium’s ground level landscape brings colour and life to residents through various outdoor amenity areas filled with bright, whimsical landscape features.
