About the Project

The Jack Condominium at 6 Jackes Avenue in Toronto’s prestigious Rosedale neighbourhood embodies a seamless integration of luxury and contemporary design. Completed in 2018, this 11-story boutique residence offers a sophisticated urban living experience, enhanced and refined by premium amenities.

The MBTW Group provided comprehensive design services, spanning from conceptual development to project completion. The landscape design encompasses a rejuvenated streetscape along Yonge Street and Jackes Avenue, enhancing the urban experience with pedestrian-friendly elements. Additionally, two expansive outdoor amenity levels were meticulously designed, featuring a covered dining area complete with a BBQ, a fireside seating area for relaxation, and lush, refined planting schemes that harmonize with the architectural aesthetics of the building, creating an unparalleled outdoor retreat.
