Projects

Pier 27 is a multi-phased urban condominium project at the foot of Yonge Street on the Toronto Central Waterfront. The landscape design focuses on creating a series of visual and accessible north-south linkages to preserve and connect the project and the city with the waterfront. Additionally, strategic incisions of water are introduced throughout the site to reinforce that connection, including the linear pools in the two amenity courts. The MBTW Group was responsible for all landscape design within the site as well as the adjacent waterfront promenades.
