About the Project
U Condos is a 2 tower and podium high density development integrated into the University of Toronto fabric fronting onto Bay Street. The design places significant emphasis on creating a development footprint which reinforces a campus vocabulary with courtyards and a pedestrian network which respects the campus masterplan.
The MBTW Group was retained by Pemberton Corporation to provide full scope landscape architectural services including construction administration. MBTW was responsible for the design of the hard and soft landscape for the at grade parcels as well as the perimeter streetscapes and park block extending from the south limit of the towers to St. Joseph Street.
